Sadie Weinstein's grandson and his wife are coming to visit her for the first time, so she is giving him directions to her apartment.

"Come to the front door at 123 West Broadway. I am apartment number 45. At the front door, you'll see a big panel of buttons. With your elbow, push button 22 to call me. I will buzz you in. Come inside, the elevator is on the right. Get in, and with your elbow hit 4 for the fourth floor. When you get out, I am on the left. With your elbow, hit my doorbell."

"Bubbie," says Sadie's grandson David, "Why am I hitting all these buttons with my elbow?"

"What, you're coming empty handed?"
