Preferential Treatment

A nervous patient arrived at our dental clinic for root canal surgery. We brought him into the examination room and left him for a few moments. When the dentist arrived, he found the patient standing next to a tray of equipment. “What are you doing?” the dentist asked. The patient replied, “Removing the ones I don’t like.”
