Question: Who should I ask my questions to?

Answer: Whoever you want. Just make sure that it's not the type of person that can trample all over the Torah with a clear conscious… (Half-joking.)

That being said: Get a ba'al ruach hakodesh (person of Divine inspiration)! Yes, even today such people exist! You want someone above, someone that's not so stuck in the mud of olam hazeh (This World). You want someone that appreciates you and sees only good in you. You want someone that gives unconditional love. (See Spare the Child by Rebbi Yechiel Yaakovson shlit"a that in truth every parent and m'chaneich [teacher] should provide unconditional love to the child—if not, the kid lives a messed-up, high-stress life of "what if I'll do something wrong"). This way, you grow!
