It says in Megillas Esther ונשלוח ספרים ביד הרצים אל כל מדינות, letters were sent by the courier Esther 3:13. to all the King’s provinces [to destroy, slay and exterminate all Jews]. This pasuk can also be understood in an alternate way, referring to our times. We know that nowadays, due to the advancement in technology, you can order sefarim and it will be delivered to your door, whether you live in the United States, the UK, France, Israel or anywhere else.
