Guidance * The Jewish People Are Everlasting Because G-d is Everlasting

We don't have to be scared of the nations. The Torah tells us not to provoke them because that is how G-d decided it should be during exile, not because we have to be scared of them. We do not depend on their kindnesses. Although we should thank them, we have to remember that it is actually G-d's kindness, that He is transmitting through them. Surely we should not think that we need to bend to pressure to give up parts of the Land of Israel. Jews last forever because we are G-d's nation and He is everlasting. We do not depend on the nations; rather, they and the whole world were created for us!
