This is a Remez [symbol] to Milchemes Ha’yeitzter, fighting the Yetzer Hora [Evil inclination]. A person is not to dwell on the fear that the Yetzer Hora will Chas ViSholom overpower him. Since it is I, Hashem [G-D] that has made his heart heavy and even the power of the Yetzer Horah is only from Hashem Yisborach. Then surely, Hashem gives a person strength to overcome it.

When Rav Avrohom Elimelech of Karlin ZY’’A - H”YD was in Tzfas the week of Parshas Bo 5693 he said (on Wednesday night) from his Great-Grandfather the Beis Aharon ZY”A, who said that on Parshas Bo it opens a window to the Yom Tov of Pesach. Just as is done on the nights of Pesach (in many communities). It was not done as a Minhag (custom) and not done every year. Only such it was, when they reached the height of feeling the Yetzias Mitzrayim (redemption from Egypt), they said Hallel to praise Hashem.

It says in the Zohar HaKodosh, that in the Zechus [merit] of Klall Yisroel eating Matzoh on Pesach, they are spared from judgement on Rosh Hashonoh. This is hinted in this Possuk “Hayom - Today.” Hayom is referring to Rosh Hashonoh (Zohar HaKodosh Bo 32:2). As to say Today – Rosh Hashonoh, we prevail in the Zechus of the Matzoh that we have eaten during Chodesh Ho’Aviv, in Nisson, on Pesach [Passover].
