A neighbor asked me to bring her a popular poultry spice from America. This flavorful copycat blend is easy: mix ¼ tsp thyme, ¾ tsp sage, ¼ tsp marjoram, ¼ tsp rosemary, ¼ tsp black pepper, and ¼ tsp nutmeg. Mix in airtight container, store in the fridge and sprinkle as needed for delicious, aromatic dishes!
