Historic Land Purchase

Following a stressful negotiation, Rabbi Avraham Avinu has purchased the historic Machpeilah cave from Efron, a local greedy landowner. The well-known rabbi has announced that he will use the land to bury his late wife, Sarah, in the double-decker cave, which he calls Me’oras HaMachpeilah.

The 400-Shekel deal was publicly witnessed and recorded for all eternity. “My gosh!” commented the TNS business correspondent, Mr. Buzz Ness, “I can’t believe the rabbi would spend so much money on a piece of land!”
