Blessed from Learning the Brachos:

The Ben Ish Chai zt'l asks why Hashem orchestrated events so that Klal Yisroel would be blessed by the wicked Bilaam. Do we need the blessings of a rasha? He answers that, in truth, Bilaam's blessings had no power to do any good for us. He only had the power to curse, not to bless. However, there still was a great benefit from his brachos because these blessings are written in the Torah and are read each year by tzadikim, who use them to learn how to bless us. Thus, Klal Yisroel was blessed by being given this opportunity for tzadikim to learn how to give good brachos.
