Moshe Rabeinu tells Klal Yisroel: Hashem has taken care of you throughout the 40 years in the barren desert, you did not lack a thing! This is the mode that we all have to live by, like Dovid said: ה' רֹּעִּי לֹּא אֶּחְסָר תהלים כג א Hashem is my Shepard (so) I will not never lack. In these days that we mourn over the loss of the Bais Hamikdash, we have to get to the source of all our problems. A Yid needs to constantly spend time, and ideally have a fixed Seder to prove to himself that he has it all! (Including his difficult Pecklach, since everything is L'tovah). Kvetching brings Churban, Rachmana Litzlan.
Anybody who isn’t thoroughly satisfied with his personal situation and the unique Maalos that Hashem gave him, has for sure (at least) trace elements of: נָׁ חָׁ ש הַ קַ דְ מוֹנִּ י the original snake, the Meraglim, Kayin, and Korach etc. All the complainers cause problems and Churban and sadness to the world and to themselves. We all need to gravitate to Ahron HaCohen mode. Do you know why Ahron fargins his younger brother Moshe to take over his lofty position? Because he was a super satisfied person.
When he was pained about being left out of the Zechusim that all the Nesi'im had, Hashem told him: שֶ לְ ךָ גְ דוֹ לָׁ ה מִּ שֶ לָׁ הֶ ם “You have more than them”. Like the Chovos Halvavos in Shaar HaBitachon says that everyone must feel superior to all others, including a Bachur being happy that he’s not married, and an: עָׁ נִּ י (poor person) that he’s not an Ashir (rich) (and vice versa) since every person has to focus on the good or his own Matzav, and the bad of other people’s Matzav.
