The Innate Righteousness of Every Jew and the Eagle’s Protection

Daled This is the meaning of the Possuk: כְּנֶשֶר יָעִיר קִנּוֹ גוֹ׳ יִשָאֵהוּ עַל אֶבְּרָתוֹ “As an eagle awakens its nest ... carrying them on its pinions”. This Possuk highlights the greatness of the virtues of the B’nei Yisroel, not only the Tzaddikim but every single one of Yisroel as the Possuk states: וְּעַמֵךְ כֻּלָם צַדִיקִים “And your people, all of them righteous” (Being that they are) נֵצֶר מַטָעַי מַעֲשֵׂה יָדַי “a shoot of My planting, the work of My hands” (As the Possuk continues) That every individual of Yisroel is the handiwork of Hakodosh Boruch Hu who maintains their eternal existence and therefore change is not possible.

Yet this matter might be concealed and it is about this that they make the Neshomoh swear that it will be a Tzaddik so that it shall be drawn down and brought into a revealed state. It is from this itself that we know for sure that it exists in concealment. Because if this was not the case and it did not exist in the concealed sense, even in the greater concealment which is not at all actual, then there would be no Possibility of bringing it into the revealed reality! And since they make the Neshomoh swear that it will be a Tzaddik we are therefore compelled to say that this either exists already in a state of concealment or at least it is in a state of ‘Ibbur’. Therefore, by means of ‘Avodah’ and toil it may be brought into revelation.

And because of this every single individual of Yisroel can attain [a position] above the name of ‘Havaye’ [and continue] until even reaching HaShem’s very ‘Atzmus’—Atzmus having neither cause nor reason.

Therefore, the way in which Hakodosh Boruch Hu acts with the B’nei Yisroel is like an eagle that carries its young on top of its wings saying better the arrow goes into me (than in my children). In other words, even though seemingly one could ask how can one say this about HaKodosh Boruch Hu, and this question is one the Heavenly Courts continuously ask and make complaints to HaKodosh Boruch Hu; notwithstanding this [situation] being difficult for HaShem so to speak, nevertheless HaShem still does act with the B’nei Yisroel in a manner that is beyond calculations [!] and so on...
