Perhaps the reason why: מ ְּר ְּה ְּתְּ קוֹל “raising your voice” is necessary, is because you need to “answer” (ו ע נ ית ְּ) and react to your placid state of not Chapping how much goodness is going on in your life. The holy Alshich says that this is why Bikkurim was done with so much fanfare, since Hoda'ah is the Ikar of Ikarim. We can add that it’s also a wakeup call, and Parshas Ha’azinu is also meant to be מ ְּעוֹרר ְּ (stimulate) Hoda'ah.
On Pesach we have a Mitzva of: ו ה גּ ד ת ְּל ב נ ךָ recounting the story of Yetzias Mitzrayim to your son, and it has to be said: ב דֶ רֶ ךְְּ ש א ל הְּ וּת שוּב ה in question-and-answer form, which makes it more Laibedik (alive). First: מ הְְּּ נ ש ת נ ה “Why is this night different than all the other nights?” and then we answer: עֲ ב ד יםְְּּ ה י ינוּ. Notice how Pesach is a Yom Tov of thankfulness (for Yetzias Mitzrayim).
Thankfulness always needs Chizuk, because people are dormant about it. And of course, we say every morning loads of Haleluka’s. The very meaning of Hallel is to shout in praise.
The excitement of a person’s life has to be his thankfulness. Instead of wasting so much energy of being Nis'pael from people, we need to always remind ourselves to be Nis'pael from our wonderful situation!
