Nachalat Shiva - Rabbi Shmuel Ben Dovid Halevi (1625-1681), Poland; Studied under R' David b. Samuel ha-Levi (the Taz) and R' Shabbetai Horowitz, a kabbalistic master. He lived—at first in Mezhirech in the district of Poznan. Nachalat Shiva is an important work on matters of Gittin-Kiddushin and corrections of Shtarot for writers and lawyers.
