The mitzvah of Bikurim, the first-fruits of Eretz Yisrael, is brought to the Bais haMikdash and given to the Kohein. When a person reaches the Beis haMikdash, one places the basket of fruits before the Kohein and reads Parshas haBikurim. This Parsha praises HaShem for taking us out of Mitzrayim and giving us the Torah and Eretz Yisrael.
In the fourth and seventh year of the Shemita cycle, there is a mitzvah of Biur Maaseros, removal of Maaser from your possession. On the last day of Pesach of these years, one must say Vidui Maaseros. One declares that he has given all the terumos and maaseros of the three previous years.
Moshe commanded Bnei Yisrael that upon entering Eretz Yisrael, they would set up 12 stones. On the stones, they were to write the Torah in 70 languages so that everyone would be able to understand what was written.
