Arguments and Peace

The very last Mishnah in Shas1 concludes with peace as it says Hashem found no vessel to hold blessing for the Jewish people other than peace. Why does it end on the discussion of peace?

The entire Mishnah is filled with arguments and differing opinions. Throughout Shas, debate and dispute are constant.2 The final Mishnah ends with peace to teach that disagreement does not undermine peace. On the contrary, true peace is not the absence of differences, but the integration of differences into a greater harmony.
