1973-5733, the Rebbe sent a letter to the administration of Machon Chana, a newly-established school for Jewish women who were returning to Judaism, which was named after the Rebbe's mother. “In response to your question," the Rebbe wrote, “any effort to expand is worthwhile and necessary (whether it pertains to the place of study or the dorm, etc.) ...
