Almonds in the Torah

In Parshas Korach, Aharon’s staff miraculously blossomed and sprouted almonds as a heavenly sign that He had been chosen by Hashem (Bamidbar 17:23). In Parshas Mikeitz, Yaakov sent a gift to the viceroy in Egypt (Yosef) that included almonds (Bereishis 43:11). (Torah Teasers)
