5733–1972, after Rabbi Shmuel Tuvia Stern of Miami informed the Rebbe about the beautiful new mikveh that had been built in his community, the Rebbe replied, expressing his happiness about the news. He added that since Miami attracts visitors from many cities and even from other countries, every mitzvah carried out there with beauty and proper publicity benefits not only the local residents and tourists, but also has a far-reaching impact — through the visitors who return home and emulate the positive developments they observed.
