The Best of Both and More

The first Beis Hamikdash (Holy Temple) was mainly drawing down from Above. The second Beis Hamikdash was mainly from below. It was bigger and lasted longer than the first, but was missing five miraculous things.

The third Beis Hamikdash is from a level greater that the first and second, greater than the definitions of “upper” and “lower”. Since it is from a level higher than both, it combines the advantages of both.
