This year, in the days following Sukkos, immediately on Simchas Torah, we felt the unprecedented enmity of the umos hao’lam, with the brutal attack in the south of Eretz Yisrael. In the seventy days since the fight has intensified, the war widening to more fronts, and all around the world.

“Eileh va’rechev v’eileh ba’susim, va’anachu b’shem Hashem Elokenu nazkir”. Many soldiers have been risking their lives, going to the very lines in Gaza, fighting against those that wish to harm us – may Hashem protect them. What have we been doing in these seventy days?
