5746–1985, as publicizing good deeds inspires others to follow suit, the Rebbe requested that a book be published featuring pictures of that year’s Chanukah activities held by Chabad around the world. The title of the book was Let There Be Light, and it was published in time for the tenth of Shevat, only five weeks after Chanukah. 2 Teves
