Easy to make, ready in minutes, and lower-carb!
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag Shredded Carrots
- Minced Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 9 Eggs, checked for blood spots in a clear cup
- About 2/3 Package Potato Starch
- Olive Oil for frying
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan. Mix carrots with garlic, salt, pepper and eggs. Add potato starch gradually to thicken. Drop handfuls of mixture into oil. Let fry for a few minutes while the pan is covered, then flip, cover pan and fry for a few more minutes. Remove and repeat until mixture is finished.
