Rosh Chodesh Adar – A Time for Tefillah

The Chozeh of Lublin zt'l taught that Rosh Chodesh Adar is an opportune time for tefillah. He learns this from the Chazal that says (Beitzah 16:), בהן יטע נכסיו שיתקיימו הרוצה אדר, "If one is seeking counsel how to ensure that his property will remain with him, he should plant an adar."
The Chozeh of Lublin says נכסיו, "his property" refers to tefillah for three reasons:
1) A person's primary property is his good deeds and tefillos.
These are the assets that will remain with him for eternity.
2) נכסיו means concealed, and tefillah is concealed.
The Gemara (Brachos 6:) says,
