Blessing of the Kohanim
במדבר ו,כג : כֹה

Baal HaTurim: "Ko" – Thus - This word (first word of the instruction of the blessing) has the numerical value of 25. The Torah says the word "brachah" 25 times and also the word "shalom" 25 times. This is in keeping with the words, "HaShem yevoreich es amo vashalom" (HaShem will bless His people with peace).
