When R' Shraga Feivel Mendelovitz Zatzal would say the Passuk: אַל תִּּירְ אִּי תּוֹלַעַת יַעֲקֹב ישעיה מא יד Fear not, worm of Yaakov, he would cry. תּוֹלַעַת is a worm, and Klal Yisroel is called a worm which relies only on its mouth, and Klal Yisroel is total Tefila. “Don’t be afraid; as long as you daven!” You cannot always achieve the greatness of the Yeshuos that you desperately want, but you can always daven! And davening is everything! Davening means you’re trying and wanting, and: לֹא עָּלֶּיךָ הַמְלָּאכָּה לִּגְמוֹר אבות ב טז You are not responsible to get it all done!
The Sefer HaChinuch says that some people would quicker do something wrong than saying something wrong, since they realize that their Koach HaDibbur is Kodesh Kodoshim and is the difference between an animal and a human. Keep using your mouth to express your good and noble desires; and of course, for Torah and Chesed and making people happy and saying praises (especially about your enemies!) And practicing positivism, etc.
There is a famous story where a Gilgul (soul that returned to this world) remarked that in the Olam HaEmes, Dibbur (speech) is way more important than people think it is in this world. As long as you daven and weren’t Mya'esh, you are already Zoche to great things, even if it doesn’t look like you succeeded.
