The Ramban says: נֹחַ מָּצָּא חֵן means that all his מַעֲשִים (deeds) were נָּאִים וּנְעִימִים (proper and pleasant). זֶה קֵלִי וְאַנְוֵהוּ means that we need to make our Avodas Hashem beautiful and Geshmak.
