Mysterious Colorful Arc Seen in Sky

Following the recent world-wide flooding, a new phenomenon was observed amidst the clouds - a colorful bow of colors extending across the sky. G-d, Creator of the rainbow, has declared that it is called a Keshes (or “rainbow”) due to its similarity to a hunter’s bow. He further explained that it is a sign of His commitment never to flood the earth again.
