Citing the holy writings of the Gedolim of previous generations, the Sefas Emes (Noach, 5635, איתא ד“ה) writes: “Noach’s ark (תיבה) is every word (תיבה) of Torah and tefilla.”

That means that every word of Torah and tefilla has the power to bring a salvation of a magnitude that Noach’s ark brought.

If you’ll keep that in mind when you daven and learn, you will treasure every word of your tefilla and Torah.
