<p><strong>Livyat Chein</strong> - Rav Reuven Noach Cohen shlit"a; Rosh Kollel of Kollel Zichron Yosef in Kiryat Sefer, Israel. Son in law of Rav Chaim Yisroel Belsky (1938-2016), Rosh Yeshiva of Torah Vodaath in Brooklyn. Studied in Ner Yisrael (Baltimore), untl moving to Israel; one of the first ten couples who moved to the fledgling town of Kiryat Sefer, where he helped establish the new city on a foundation of Torah. Authored more than a dozen seforim, including Imrei Reuven on Shas and Livyat Chein on Chumash.</p>
