It's a good idea to turn down the volume of the complaint channel in our minds. It only makes us students of what's wrong, what's missing from this picture, and whatever we focus on increases. We should rather tune into the gratitude channel. Whatever we appreciate, appreciates. And that invites even more blessing into our lives. It's been said that it's not that happy people are more appreciative. Appreciative people are happier. It's in our hands. It's in our mind.
