whom is a child of Our Father in Heaven. It is therefore both a great Zechus and responsibility, for they must strive and possess in the fullest measures all those qualities of Ahavas Hashem and Yiras Hashem, Ahavas haMitzvos and good traits, which they wish to implant into the youngsters under their care, guidance and education.

I am enclosing a copy of a message which has a direct bearing on the subject, and which will make up for the brevity of this letter.
