You are Saving the World as We Speak

Bayamim haheim bazman hazeh—Let's be kanoim (zealots) like Pinchas! So where do we start?

The Satmar Rav zatzal once visited the Chazon Ish zatzal and told him that we must protest against different anti-religious troublemakers (the Chofetz Chaim had said similarly with regard to the communists in Russia).

The Chazon Ish responded 100%, just that our tzuras hamilchama (way of war) is through building, another beis medrish, another yeshiva, another school, another shul… (It is known that the Brisker Rav zatzal had a similar approach as well.)

The truth is that just one person can save the day, no matter who he is. All it takes is a little temimus (simple faith), and watch the miracles fly in.

Become a Mordechai: v'yizak z'aka g'dola u'mara (and he shouted a great, bitter shout, Esther 4:1). And not an angry, mean shout chas v'shalom, but rather a happy shout, like of Jewish music: Says Rabbi Miller zatzal (Toras Avigdor Chukas 5786, Hebrew edition): You want to make people frum (religious)? Shlep (drag) them to a chasidishe tish, and let them witness a thousand Yidden singing and dancing before Hashem—that should do the job. (Or drag them to a packed, bubbling beis medrish [house of Torah study]—that could do the job as well…)
