Revelation

The word Geulah-Redemption is made from the word Golah-exile, with the addition of the letter Alef, which represents G-d the Alufo Shel Olam – Master of the world. This is because specifically through elevating the lowest level, exile, the whole “building” is elevated. In the Redemption there will be the revelation of G-d’s Essence in our lowly world, which will become a home for Him, and in a home one’s true self is revealed. This is also the root of the words Geulah and Golah – Gilui-revelation.
