Furthermore, it can also be said that this is all alluded to in what the Torah later tells us in Parshas Chukas that Moshe sent out more spies to scout out the land of ‘יַעְׁזֵׁר’ and these new Meraglim captured the land of ‘יַעְׁזֵׁר’ because they said we will not do what the first set of spies did, we are confident in the ‘Koach’ of Moshe’s prayer that we will go into battle.

Also here in the episode of the second set of spies they also have both of the above-mentioned aspects. First: these Meraglim captured a portion of land outside Eretz Yisroel with the Koach of Moshe. Furthermore this portion of land is called ‘יַעְׁזֵׁר’ from the word ‘עוֹזֵׁר’ meaning to help. This means that one’s part of land in the world itself helps and assists one in this Avodah and further that it shall be done in a manner of ‘יִׁתְׁרוֹן’ as a benefit for the person doing this Avodah.

In other words, it is not just that the world needs the person to come and refine the world, but the person also needs the world through which one gains a ‘יִׁתְׁרוֹן’ within one’s own self.
