This aligns with the Midrash’s explanation regarding justice — “Judges and officers you shall appoint for yourself” — which connects it directly to “I am the L-rd, who loves justice,” and therefore relates to the Jewish people as they are in a state of “Israel was a lad, I loved him,” as discussed above.

Through “justice” (the perfection of law in general), {the ultimate redemption} will unfold (as the Midrash concludes), “immediately I will redeem you with a complete redemption.”
