Even if only the first hour he'll keep his mind on his mouth; just for one hour after the leaving the dentist's office he won't talk — he won't talk period — he's a fortunate man. It's worth having a cruel fellow put a drill into your mouth and mine into your teeth just to remind you that for the next hour you shouldn't talk at all.
