Why does Parshas Terumah follow Parshas Mishpatim

Possible understanding according to the explanation of Koheles 4,6, which states “Better is a handful of quietness then both the hands full of labor and striving after wind.” According to the Medrash one understanding of the verse is that better is the one who provides a small amount of charity compared to one who steals and coerces in order to provide great amount of charity.

Thus, we can understand the order of the Parshios. After one has accustomed one-self to act correctly with one’s acts and one’s property with justice and following legal procedures (Mishpatim), then one can bring an offering (Terumah) to HaShem. Otherwise, HaShem has no desire with one’s offering.
