I am directed to acknowledge the request written to the Rebbe א״טילש for you in behalf of your wife, by Rabbi Yitzchok Sufrin. The Rebbe ילשא״ט will remember her in prayer in accordance with the request.

The Rebbe ילשא״ט suggested that it would be well for you to have your Tefillin, as well as the Mezuzoth in your home, checked to make sure they are Kosher, if this has not been done within the past twelve months.
