Blessings for Success

Rebbe Responsa | June 25, 2025

Hatzlachah in business; Torah Nachas from children; encourage your friend to advance in Torah

By the Grace of G-d
20th of Shevat, 5740
Brooklyn, N. Y.
Mrs. . . .

Blessing and Greeting:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 18th of Jan., as well as the samples of the Tapestries, which make a strong and favorable impression.

May G-d grant you Hatzlocho in all your affairs, including your business, and to enjoy it in good health and Torah Nachas from each and all of your children and grandchildren.

As requested, I will remember you and Mrs. . . . in prayer, as requested.

Although you do not mention your friend’s background in regard to Yiddishkeit, but since there is always room for advancement in all matters of goodness and holiness, Torah and Mitzvoth, I trust you will encourage her in this direction. For, since all blessings come from G-d, and the channel to receive them is through the everyday life and conduct in accordance with His Will, every additional effort in matters of Yiddishkeit, though a "must" for its own sake, widens the channels to receive G-d’s blessings in all needs.

With blessing,
M. Schneerson
