From the 15th of Av, when the nights get longer, we should utilize this to add in learning Torah. Certainly every Jew already learns Torah. So adding in Torah learning means to add in an unlimited way. This is a preparation for the unlimited new revelations of Torah in the Redemption. It says that by adding in Torah we add to our life, so unlimited Torah brings the unlimited, eternal life of the Redemption through Moshiach!
Learn both the revealed part of Torah and the esoteric parts of Torah. Learn “Ein Ya’akov” – stories in the Talmud; most of the secrets of the Torah are hidden in the stories. Learn about the Redemption in the Rambam’s book and in Chassidus.
It’s really great to learn with a group of at least ten, and to learn seriously, like a business.
