To clarify, even though both of the above-mentioned explanations clarifying the juxta positioning of the instruction to keep Shabbos with the instruction to build the Mishkon emphasise the ascent and elevation of Shabbos they are nevertheless different. This is because, the elevation of Shabbos (which serves as [the basis for] the reason why it is instructed before the instruction to build a Mishkon (The second reason is, as explained in ‘Torah Ohr’)) is only a [‘mini’] elevation for the person as a preface and introduction to enable the greater Hamshocha from above to below to result after the building of the Mishkon.
Whereas, the elevation from Shabbos (which is the first reason given for not allowing the Mishkon to be erected on Shabbos as explained in the above-mentioned Maamorim that this symbolises a Hamshocha from above to below,) is an elevation which comes after the Hamshocha and descent from above to below.
Furthermore, the above-mentioned Maamor in ‘Torah Ohr’ also explains the ascent that comes after the descent and Hamshocha from above to below as is explained there that the culmination and purpose of the descent of Divine abundance from above (which is the Hamshocha from above to below as a result of the erection of the Mishkon) is then the ‘peaceful state of Shabbos’, [Menuchah] which is the moment of departure for the Supernal energies and lights as they ascend into HaShem’s very essence.
[This is the aspect of Shabbos which was commanded to Moshe in Parshas Ki Sesah after the commandments to erect the Mishkon in Parshas Terumah and Tetzaveh (Unlike Moshe’s instructions to the B’nei Yisroel in our Parsha, Parshas VaYakhel, where Moshe first instructs the laws about Shabbos and only thereafter instructs concerning the construction of the Mishkon).]
This is because there cannot be a concept of rest and of ‘reflective light’ without first having ‘direct light’ and a Hamshocha from to below... In other words, in addition to the ascent of Shabbos which causes an elevation within the person and serves as an introduction and preface to enable the person to experience a Divine Hamshocha from above to below as a result of constructing a Mishkon, there is also the elevation of Shabbos that comes after the culmination of the Hamshocha from above to below.
