Practical Judaism  In Each Kid’s Room

Every child should have – in his or her room – holy books such as a Chumash and prayer book etc. and their own Tzedakah box. This makes the whole house a house of Torah, prayer and acts of kindness, similar to the Beis Hamikdash (Holy Temple), as it says, “and they shall make for Me (G-d) a sanctuary, and I will dwell within them” – not within it, rather within them, within every Jew, in his or her soul inside, and in their personal home.
