These levels are referred to as “the eyes” of Adam Kadmon, which are the source of the Keilim of the levels of Akudim, and Nekudim, which makes possible for there to come into existence the level of Chochma of Atzilus, that is “Wise, but not in the sense of a wisdom that can be known.”
There are two explanations in the sources: One is the simple meaning, that "Motza Pi Hashem" refers to the revelation that already emerged from Hashem’s mouth – the extension and animation from His breath in the Ten Utterances with which the world was created, i.e., from the Ten Sefiros in Malchus of Atzilus, which are called Ban. The second is that "Motza" means source, as in "Motza Mayim" (source of water), meaning the source of the Ten Sefiros of Ban is the level of Sag, which is the root of the world of Nekudim, and the source of the Keilim is the level of the eyes of Adam Kadmon.
Therefore, man will live through this: for Adam Kadmon is called Adam of Beriah; the world of Tohu is the level of Yetzirah – the revelation of the hidden. The lights that are drawn from Adam Kadmon through the “breaths” of “ear, nose, mouth;” and Atzilus, which is the world of Tikun, is called Adam of Asiyah, since it is the level of lights in vessels, and its root is only a reflection from Adam Kadmon. Therefore, man will live through the clarifications that come from “Motza Pi Hashem,” which are from the level of Yetzirah above.
