We should do as the custom of our Chabad Rebbes, our leaders, to make Chanukah parties for the family, and to give out Chanukah Gelt (money, not just chocolate) to the family members, and especially to the children, to the sons and daughters. When everyone does this custom, and publicizes it, and adding and expanding by giving lots of Chanukah Gelt (which makes the children more happy!) – we connect even more (through fulfilling this custom) with our Rebbes our leaders, which gives added power to permeate their Torah, instructions and customs into our personal day-to-day lives.
Including and especially – also the Jewish custom that is spreading more and more in our time, to learn about Redemption and Moshiach, in order to get ready and to prepare others for the revelation of the true and complete Redemption!
