This is all drawn into the עֲשֶרֶת מֹּנִים “the ten portions” which comprise ten times ten amounting to one hundred which is a “complete number” (as explained in Chasidic discourses which deal with the concepts of one hundred years).
In simple terms through Yisroel’s Divine service of Hashem, not only are the ‘Berudim’ drawn down below which refers to the world of ‘Atzilus’ but also the ‘Nekudim’ which are the many lights of the world of ‘Tohu’ are also drawn down below.
And even higher from the level of ‘Akudim’ in which all are in one vessel, as one, as well and from even higher than that - from the state of the ‘supernal Loven’ itself, Hashem’s very essence and substance, blessed be He, is also Mamosh drawn down below.
