I duly received your letter and snapshot of your daughter, bless her. Due to an oversight, this has not been acknowledged previously, which you will surely forgive.
No doubt you received my reply to your telephone messages.
Inasmuch as we are now in the auspicious days of Kislev, about to observe the Chag HaGeulo of the Alter Rebbe on the 19th, followed by Chanukah, may G-d grant that there should be a growing measure of happiness and brightness in your family, materially and spiritually, as indicated by the Chanukah lights, which are kindled in growing numbers from day to day.
