Consciously or otherwise, you are always guiding your child’s thought process..

What kinds of thoughts produce uplifting, life-enhancing, immune-building, energizing, mobilizing, confidence-boosting and mind-expanding chemistry? Positive thoughts that anyone can think. Positive thoughts that are your child’s birthright. Positive thoughts that are free for the taking. But YOU will have to introduce such thoughts to your child and show your child where there are always more to be found. Point your child to the books and people, the libraries and teachers, where great thoughts can be discovered throughout life.

We’re not always aware of how much stress we are carrying...

Check your facial expression right now - just pay attention to what your face is doing (forehead, eyebrows, eyes, mouth, teeth, jaw). Is anything tight or clenched? Are you glaring? Now make a gentle smile. Pay attention to your face again as you do this - what is happening to your forehead, eyes, mouth and so on? Can you feel the smile-chemistry filling your body? That’s a healing chemistry, by the way, one that is good for your body as well as your mood. Plaster that smile on your face as many times during the day as you can. It’s cheap, powerful medicine.
