Moshe Rabenu Could Say “LaHashem Korban”:
The Medrash Yehonason cites a “Medrash Pliah” that states: “’A person from amongst you that offers a korban to Hashem’ – you and not Moshe.”
He explains by quoting the Gemara that says (Nedarim 10A) that when a person vows to bring a korban, he must say the words “korban laHashem” and not “laHashem korban”. The reason for this is because he may start saying the word “laHashem” and then die before saying the word “korban,“ and it would come out that he said Hashem’s name in vain. Moshe Rabenu, however, knew when he was going to die, so he could say “korban laHashem.”
Accordingly, the Medrash is saying that you should bring a “korban to Hashem”, but Moshe can say that he is bringing “to Hashem a korban.”
