In the United States, one of the most important members of the community went missing from his home and disappeared, and for several months no sign of life came from him. At the same time as the search, prayers were held in Jewish centers for his well-being. Only four months later, his body was found in the river and pulled out of the water. This was not brought to the attention of the family, because there was difficulty in identifying him, and there was no sign that would indicate the identity of the deceased. The police did not make any effort to identify him. And she did not call on the family to try to identify him. On the other hand, since no watermarks were found in his lungs, the investigators determined in their findings that the man had been murdered.
In America, there is an ancient law that when a body is not identified, it is buried in a certain place from which it is never removed. Even when relatives arrive and point out clear signs that the body belongs to their family, the grave is not reopened. Since this law was enacted, it has never been violated. The body was buried in the place designated for it, and it was in the middle of summer. Since that day, the nights of the non-Jewish researcher who decided to bury the body have been consumed by bad dreams. In these dreams, a Jew with a shape appeared to him. and warned that he would return the buried body to the family. Since the dreams were repeated over and over again, the investigator did not know how to rest until he decided to do what he had never done before in America, and reopened the case.
In order to explain to his colleagues investigating the opening of the file, he explained that he remembered that when they found the body, there was a certain garment on it, with an identification tag of the manufacturing company, and therefore it occurred to him that the body might be identified. This is what he explained to his surprised friends. After many efforts, the investigator succeeded in leading a process to open the grave, and indeed, based on the signs that were in the garment, it was learned that the company that manufactured the garment was owned by ultra-Orthodox people in the United States. And the owners replied that they knew him, and that he was one of the longtime customers who lived near the factory owner. The significant progress in the investigation led to the investigation of the name, until in the end a certain identification was reached, and the man was brought to the grave of Israel. The Gedolei Yisrael said that everything was thanks to the Jewish clothing that the deceased w as so meticulous about. "Our father lived 'and lifted up his heart in the ways of the Lord,' he was not ashamed of anyone, and he used to walk in his Hasidic clothes in the streets of Manhattan, and therefore he merited to go to the grave of Israel."
