Living Moshiach | December 07, 2025

The wedding anniversary of the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita is the 14th of Kislev (this year, Thurs., Dec. 4). The ultimate perfection of marriage is the “marriage” of G-d and the Jewish People in the true and complete Redemption through Moshiach, when we become so united with G-d that we no longer need to “receive”, so to speak; rather it becomes revealed that the Jewish People and G-d are one.

This is similar to the sun-influencer and moon-receiver. After the moon receives the light of the sun completely, it unites with the sun and becomes one with it, no longer a receiver but also an influencer like the sun. As it says about the Redemption, that “the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun”.

Every person should make their own Farbrengens (Chassidic celebrations) for the 19th of Kislev (this year, Tues., Dec. 9), and every Farbrengen in every place should be the “main” Farbrengen, not needing to receive from a more central place – like the ultimate perfection of the moon that it becomes not only a receiver, but an influencer like the sun.
